Terms and Conditions for Exchange-Return of products

1. You have the right to request for exchange and return and you have to do so in writing to the Company or visit the center nearest to you within 7 days from purchase date.
You have to arrange for the product to be brought or sent to the company together with the original receipt. The delivery charges for product to be brought or sent to the company for consideration of a return will be customer’s responsibility.

2. The Company will exchange products which were purchased from the Company upon the following reasons:
  • Products are damaged during delivery.
  • Error from incorrectly sending of products.
  • Products are defective or damaged from the production process.
  • The quality of products is below standard.

3. For return of products, you can request to return products according to the terms and conditions in items 1 and 2 above, provided the return of products must be in perfect condition or original condition as when you received the products.
All products must be in the original packaging, the product packaging has not been opened or the product has not been opened for use, and the company can resell the product if it was returned.

If return of products does not meet the terms and conditions or the company has specified other return conditions, or the return of product is a different product from what was recorded in the receipt of your purchase, or the product is intentionally damaged or you incorrectly stored or wrongly used, the company reserves the right to refuse your product return request.

4. Once the Company has approved the return, the Company may proceed as follows:
  • If you paid for goods by credit or debit cards, the company will process a refund credited to your credit or debit card account.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, the company will transfer the cash back to your bank account.
  • The company will return the money to you within 15 days from the date of return of products.

  • Request for exchange-return products
Please notify the company of the exchange-return in writing within 7 days from purchase date or by contacting Customer Service phone number     during working hours or email    customerservicelifejuz@gmail.com
Please bring or send your original invoice together with the product to the company.
Delivery charges of returning the product to company will be customer’s responsibility.
 
  • Company checking information of your purchase
The company will check information of your purchase and contact you within 3 business days, in order to notify the results of the exchange-return approval, and additional documents may be requested.
 
  • Return of product
For return of product, it is mandatory to have a receipt as proof of purchase each time. When the company receives the product you return with the receipt, then the company can process to refund the value for your purchase. Terms and conditions apply as stated items 1, 2 and 3 above.
